We’re partnering with a leading company within the gaming sector to find a talented Q&A Insights Analyst II for a hybrid role focusing on data-driven decision-making. This temporary position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse team of scientists, consultants, and strategists dedicated to understanding gamers worldwide. Candidates should be comfortable analyzing large datasets and presenting strategic insights to senior leadership. This role involves collaborating across departments to optimize performance and identify market opportunities.

Q&A Insights Analyst II Responsibilities:

  • Collect and examine vast amounts of game and player data to prepare for detailed analysis and reporting.
  • Identify optimal metrics and KPIs to evaluate operational success and facilitate business reviews.
  • Create dashboards to enable team members to monitor product performance and access insights independently.
  • Convey strategic suggestions and project results to business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Design and perform experiments to validate performance hypotheses and support decision-making.

Q&A Insights Analyst II Qualifications:

  • Over five years of experience in data analysis, business strategy, or management consulting.
  • Proven expertise in developing and scaling KPI frameworks and experimentation systems within complex organizational structures.
  • Skilled in large-scale statistical analysis, including significance testing, clustering, regressions, and propensity score matching.
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, Databricks, Tableau, and managing intricate datasets.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML models for workflow automation is a plus.
  • Graduate degree in analytics, statistics, engineering, or related disciplines is preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with global and distributed teams.
