Senior UX/UI Product Designer (Consumer & Agent Digital Experiences)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of user interfaces and customer journeys for digital platforms targeting consumers and agents.
• Develop and refine user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs to support complex financial decision-making.
• Create intuitive chatbot interactions, designing conversation flows, intent mappings, and fallback strategies.
• Translate regulatory content into clear, accessible interactive experiences while adhering to compliance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, legal, and compliance to ensure designs are feasible, accessible, and aligned with system requirements.

• Proven experience in conceptual, interaction, and systems design for digital products.
• Strong skills in creating customer journeys, user flows, wireframes, and conversation maps.
• High-fidelity UI design expertise with a focus on accessibility standards and communication.
• Ability to balance brand identity with ADA and platform constraints effectively.
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and designing within CMS or enterprise systems, with basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
