Travel Nurse Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract qualified nurses for travel positions through proactive sourcing and relationship building.
• Promote travel assignments by understanding candidates’ needs and providing consultative guidance.
• Develop and implement independent recruiting strategies tailored to client requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals to ensure a steady candidate pool.
• Negotiate compensation packages, ensuring mutual satisfaction while maintaining company margins.

Travel Nurse Recruiter Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-4 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, preferably in staffing or healthcare recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills with strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in sourcing, qualifying, and managing candidate relationships.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
