We’re partnering with a leading healthcare company to find a talented Solution Architect for their CPCC Program. This role offers the opportunity to design and maintain scalable application architectures within a dynamic organization. The position is remote out of region and involves guiding cross-functional teams to implement innovative technology solutions.

Solution Architect Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute architectural strategies that align with project goals and organizational standards.
• Lead efforts to design, review, and optimize application solutions, ensuring best practices and compliance.
• Collaborate with diverse teams including data engineers, business analysts, and IT professionals to understand needs and deliver effective architectures.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve application performance and integrate new solutions.
• Oversee architecture review processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance system robustness and modernization initiatives.

Solution Architect Qualifications:

• Over 10 years of experience in software engineering and architecture, including technical leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of non-functional requirements such as response times, SLAs, and real-time processing.
• Extensive experience with interoperability standards like FHIR and HL7.
• At least 5 years of full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency with SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and relevant database technologies.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS, microservices, REST API design, and DevOps tools including Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker, and Git.
• Familiarity with Java, Python, Spring Boot, front-end frameworks like Angular or JavaScript, and AI/ML technologies including Generative AI and LLMs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Solution Architect Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with interoperability enterprise solutions.
• Certifications or experience with cloud platforms like Salesforce, GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• Involvement in large-scale migration projects from legacy to modern assets.
