We’re partnering with a leading financial services company to find a talented Audience Management Strategy & Enablement specialist. This temporary role offers the opportunity to work remotely out of region for a duration of 6 months, supporting innovative digital media marketing initiatives.

Audience Management Strategy & Enablement Responsibilities:

• Deliver strategic guidance and practical support to optimize digital media campaigns across various platforms.
• Ensure audience strategies adhere to operational controls, data privacy, and regulatory standards through collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams.
• Partner with Product and Technology teams to explore, evaluate, and implement new tools that improve targeting and measurement capabilities.
• Document and disseminate best practices related to audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign optimization.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate insights to enhance future marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with business units, technology teams, and external vendors to align strategies and execute audience management initiatives effectively.

Audience Management Strategy & Enablement Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Over 3 years of experience in digital media marketing or audience management roles.
• Strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting complex concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and operational controls is essential.
• Prior experience with DMPs, CDPs, and marketing technology platforms is preferred.
• Proven collaboration skills across teams and external partners.
• Experience managing projects, teams, or external vendors is desirable.
• Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence), and drag-and-drop content editors is beneficial.
