We’re partnering with our client, a leading industry company, to find a talented Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner. This role is based in a hybrid environment with a primary home-office setting. The position involves working on a 10-26 week temporary basis and offers a great opportunity for experienced professionals to contribute to high-impact projects.

Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner Responsibilities:

• Leading the collection, analysis, and documentation of business requirements through user stories and workflows.
• Acting as the product owner for one or more teams, managing the backlog and prioritizing work to maximize value.
• Facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and reviews to support iterative delivery.
• Collaborating with engineering, QA, UX, data, and architecture teams to ensure seamless design, refinement, and deployment of solutions.
• Supporting testing, user acceptance, training, and adoption to ensure successful implementation and process improvements.

Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner Qualifications:

• Possessing 7 to 10+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or a related hybrid role.
• Demonstrating at least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce platform knowledge beyond CRM UI.
• Experienced in writing user stories, managing backlogs, and executing Agile practices confidently.
• Proven ability to navigate complex systems, integrations, and stakeholder environments.
• Holding a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, with preferred certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or SAFe PO/PM.
