We’re seeking a Contract Copywriter to support a luxury real estate company in California. This flexible, ongoing role is remote and is expected to last over a year. The ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing brand positioning and producing compelling copy for a variety of digital and offline materials.

Previous experience with commercial real estate or luxury hospitality clients is required.

Contract Copywriter Responsibilities:

• Develop creative, high-quality copy for digital campaigns, including web and social media content, both paid and organic.
• Produce engaging branded materials such as internal and external presentation decks.
• Craft clear and impactful content for out-of-home placements in digital and print formats.
• Quickly learn and embody the brand voice, which is timeless and elevated, avoiding trends.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail while proofreading to ensure high accuracy.

Contract Copywriter Qualifications:

• Demonstrated strong copywriting skills with a creative flair supporting brand elevation.
• Experience with digital promotions, branded materials, and out-of-home advertising is preferred.
• Ability to pivot and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with corporate real estate or luxury retail brands such as South Coast Plaza or Westfield is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing luxury, elevated, and timeless work, with social and out-of-home samples.
