Senior Technology Director Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of technical strategies for web, mobile, and integrated digital platforms, ensuring scalability and security.
• Collaborate with executive teams to contribute to client proposals, pricing, and resource planning.
• Define and communicate architecture and platform recommendations, including CMS, frameworks, and DevOps practices.
• Oversee development teams, ensuring code quality, efficiency, and maintainability while staying current on emerging technologies like AI.
• Translate creative and strategic ideas into practical, scalable technical solutions, supporting delivery and project scope assessments.

Senior Technology Director Qualifications:

• Over 15 years of experience in full-stack web development and technical leadership roles, with at least 5 years in an agency setting.
• Minimum of 3 years in senior management, guiding cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of component-based architectures, cloud hosting, APIs, and DevOps practices.
• Experience in writing technical SOWs, RFP responses, and project briefs within a creative or digital agency context.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks, integrations, performance optimization, and content systems.
