We’re partnering with a leading healthcare company to find a talented Senior Creative Project Supervisor for a remote engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee broad-ranging project activities across the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. Senior Creative Project Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate multiple large-scale projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deadlines are met efficiently.
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, managing expectations and fostering collaboration.
• Advise colleagues on project management best practices, methods, and standards to promote a project-focused culture.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the division and department related to project execution.
• Oversee project activities across digital, video, and other creative disciplines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Senior Creative Project Supervisor Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with ten (10) years of experience in project management and business-related activities OR Master's degree with five (5) years of experience in project management related activities.

• Required experience in the last 4 years as a project owner in Workfront.

• Experience working on experimental, presentation support, and/or events.

• Proven experience managing creative projects, with familiarity in digital, video, and communication disciplines preferred.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to maintain excellent rapport across cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts or service lines simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Experience with project management software and platforms such as Workfront strongly preferred; PMP certification is a plus.
