We’re partnering with a leading staffing company to find a talented Remote Marketing Manager to support our client’s education-focused team. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional to lead campaign strategies in a dynamic environment. The role is expected to last between 5 to 9 weeks, providing a chance to make a meaningful impact in the education services sector.

Remote Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate advertising efforts across paid digital platforms to attract candidates and promote the organization’s brand.
- Execute outreach initiatives via email and text automation to engage prospective candidates and school contacts.
- Maintain and update candidate lists and manage recruiter tools such as ATS and professional networks.
- Develop and implement targeted advertising campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Meta to generate leads.
- Create and optimize email content, as well as maintain a social media content calendar, including visuals and posts.
Remote Marketing Manager Qualifications:
- Over 3 years of experience in B2C or B2B marketing, preferably in fast-paced or growth environments.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of marketing metrics and reporting.
- Proven expertise in email marketing, lead generation, and CRM management, with knowledge of tools like Bullhorn ATS a plus.
- Experience working with WordPress and familiarity with AI tools for productivity enhancement.
- Excellent writing, communication, and content creation abilities, with basic skills in Canva or Photoshop.
