We’re partnering with a leading gaming company to find a talented Game Producer II for a hybrid role with a 7-12 month duration. This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about driving creative projects and leading cross-functional teams within the gaming sector.
Game Producer II Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of new and existing game modes for League of Legends.
- Create and execute roadmaps, managing milestones and deliverables.
- Establish work systems, rituals, and artifacts to support team processes.
- Develop team goals and track efficacy metrics to ensure high performance.
- Identify and resolve project risks, remove obstacles, and manage stakeholder expectations.
Game Producer II Qualifications:
- Over five years of experience managing game, application, or content production teams.
- Proven ability to improve work systems and implement efficient processes.
- Experience leading agile teams through complex projects involving multiple teams and vendors.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills to ensure project success.
- Knowledge of game development practices, preferably with familiarity of League of Legends modes catalog.
