Game Producer II Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and delivery of new and existing game modes for League of Legends.
• Create and execute roadmaps, managing milestones and deliverables.
• Establish work systems, rituals, and artifacts to support team processes.
• Develop team goals and track efficacy metrics to ensure high performance.
• Identify and resolve project risks, remove obstacles, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Game Producer II Qualifications:

• Over five years of experience managing game, application, or content production teams.
• Proven ability to improve work systems and implement efficient processes.
• Experience leading agile teams through complex projects involving multiple teams and vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills to ensure project success.
• Knowledge of game development practices, preferably with familiarity of League of Legends modes catalog.
