We are partnering with a leading gaming company to find a talented Q&A Contact Experience to join their Trust & Safety team. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to support the enforcement of policies that protect our community and ensure a positive player experience. The role is temporary, with a duration of over a year, and is ideal for someone passionate about maintaining safety in digital environments.

Q&A Contact Experience Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and enforce policy violations reported by Valorant content creators in real time, ensuring swift and accurate resolutions.
  • Record actions taken and analyze patterns to identify potential gaps in moderation processes, collaborating with various teams to recommend improvements.
  • Manage high-profile Trust & Safety escalations and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Advocate for player safety by providing insights that help influence game design and enhance user experience.
  • Assist in implementing updates to Trust & Safety workflows, supporting new features and operational efficiencies.

Q&A Contact Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Over three years of Trust & Safety experience, preferably within gaming or social media sectors, with a focus on operational or escalation management.
  • Excellent communication skills paired with strong critical thinking abilities.
  • Demonstrated capacity to remain impartial and consistent when applying policies.
  • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and consensus-building.
  • Empathy for players, with a track record of improving safety and community standards.
  • Ability to make informed decisions, backed by data and analysis.
  • Experience playing Valorant or similar first-person shooter games is required.
