A leading company in the media and entertainment sector is looking for a skilled Asset Production Coordinator to join their dynamic hybrid team in Doral, FL. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a highly organized professional to support asset management across multiple projects for a duration of 7-12 months with potential to extend or convert.

Asset Production Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of media assets, from intake to delivery, across various projects.
• Input large volumes of data into asset management systems with precision and speed.
• Ensure asset metadata, naming standards, and version histories are accurately maintained.
• Coordinate timely delivery of assets to internal teams and external partners, adhering to all specifications and deadlines.
• Regularly monitor project schedules and communicate asset updates with stakeholders.

Asset Production Coordinator Qualifications:

• Between two to four years of experience related to production coordination, asset management, or media operations.
• Demonstrated ability to perform extensive data entry accurately under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Airtable, trackers, and database management systems.
• Strong organizational capabilities with the capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with high attention to detail.
