We’re partnering with a leading beauty company to find a talented Senior Packaging Designer. This opportunity is fully remote, 1 month, part-time project for a total of 30-40 hours. Senior Packaging Designer Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end creation of holiday kit packaging, from initial concept to final printable artwork.
• Develop multiple creative options and refine packaging systems based on project briefs.
• Produce print-ready files, including dielines, layouts, and specifications, ensuring quality control before handoff.
• Collaborate with internal teams; present concepts and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Manage tight deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet accelerated project timelines.

Senior Packaging Designer Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in packaging design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating concept-to-execution work.
• Proven history of delivering complex holiday kits or gift sets under quick turnaround times.
• Solid understanding of print production processes, layout, typography, and file organization.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing workflow.
• Background in luxury or premium consumer brands, with experience working closely with senior stakeholders.
• Experience on clean-beauty brands and those sold through Sephora preferred.
