We’re partnering with a leading marketing company to find a talented Social Media Strategy Lead for a temporary, on-site assignment. This role offers a unique opportunity to support a major global social strategy initiative across multiple entertainment verticals, including Music, Cinema, Sports, and Gaming.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in social and platform strategy, with a proven track record of developing social-first brand strategies at scale. Join a dynamic team and help shape impactful social campaigns on a global stage. Cinema experience is a plus. The brand is active in gaming and music, but mostly entertainment.

Social Media Strategy Lead Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client objectives across multiple verticals and platforms.
- Lead the creation of platform-specific tactics for over a dozen regional and global channels.
- Analyze audience behaviors and shift trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with creative and community teams to build ecosystem development frameworks.
- Present and defend strategic concepts confidently to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Social Media Strategy Lead Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in social or digital agency, in-house brand strategy, or integrated creative agencies.
- Proven ability to craft and execute large-scale social-first brand strategies with a global scope.
- Strong presentation skills with confidence in engaging senior leaders.
- Experience working across regions and diverse audiences effectively.
- Background in entertainment or audio/tech brands is a plus but not required.
