We’re partnering with a leading gaming company to find a talented Assistant Technical Designer to support their innovative team. This hybrid role in LA offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to consumer merchandise projects, combining creative design with technical production coordination. The position is 2 days remote and 3 days onsite in LA.

Technical Designer Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of consumer merchandise by developing technical documents and artwork preparations.
• Create and maintain detailed tech packs for apparel and accessories.
• Prepare artwork files optimized for screen printing and garment construction.
• Assist in managing sample logistics and tracking project timelines.
• Collaborate with design, production, and factory teams to ensure project milestones are met and technical requirements are fulfilled.

Technical Deisgner Qualifications:

• Experience in technical design, apparel production, or product development.
• Proficient with creating detailed tech packs and preparing artwork for screen printing.
• Strong understanding of screen printing processes, including Simulated Spot Process.
• Knowledge of garment construction, manufacturing workflows, and costing.
• Ability to adapt artwork into production-ready formats while considering color and print limitations.
