This is a remote designed to drive a consistent and efficient proposal process for enterprise sales initiatives. Bid Proposal Manager Contractor Responsibilities:

• Oversee and enhance the full cycle of enterprise RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires, ensuring a streamlined and scalable process.
• Collaborate with the full-time proposal manager to handle bid intake, prioritization, and scheduling.
• Lead proposal kickoff and review sessions, establishing clear strategies, responsibilities, and project timelines.
• Coordinate input from cross-functional teams such as Sales, Legal, Marketing, and Product to ensure timely, accurate submissions.
• Manage the development, compliance, and quality of proposals, aligning with customer requirements and evaluation criteria.

Bid Proposal Manager Contractor Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise bid and proposal management, including complex RFPs and RFIs.
• Proficiency with proposal support software like Responsive.io and Salesforce (SFDC).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple bids within tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a keen eye for detail and compliance.
