Our client is seeking a new team member to support a leading financial services company. This on-site opportunity allows you to contribute to customer engagement strategies within a dynamic team based in New York City or Wilmington, DE and on-site 5 days/week. The role offers a temporary contract lasting approximately 4-6 months + extend (possible convert to perm), providing a chance to showcase your marketing expertise in a regulated industry.

Key Responsibilities

• This role sits within the Customer Lifecycle Marketing organization and supports digital marketing initiatives across the full card portfolio.
• The primary focus is hands-on email execution, while flexing across multiple projects and managers as needed.
• Execute and QA high-volume email marketing campaigns across multiple card products
• Own end-to-end email execution tasks, including:
• Reviewing and approving email proofs
• Validating links, rendering, personalization logic, and compliance
• Ensuring all assets are accurate and up to date prior to deployment
• Update and edit creative assets (PDFs, light Figma edits) and coordinate simple creative changes with agency partners
• Prepare and package assets for performance marketing teams, including:
• Writing and applying all required tags
• Ensuring specifications and requirements are clearly documented
• Coordinate with vendors (e.g., Movable Ink) to exchange code and validate execution requirements
• Support approvals by performing detailed QA checks to ensure emails are error-free prior to launch
• Work across multiple projects simultaneously, flexing between teams and priorities as needed

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in digital or email marketing execution
• Strong hands-on experience with email execution workflows (email is the primary channel)
• High attention to detail; enjoys executional work and QA
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with regulated or compliance-driven environments preferred (finance a plus, but not required)
