Technical Support Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve product and technical issues for clients and support staff.

  • Assess the severity of inquiries and determine appropriate resolution paths.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via phone or email.

  • Record and manage all client interactions and issues within Salesforce CRM.

  • Escalate complex problems to specialized technical and product teams with comprehensive information.

Technical Support Specialist Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare IT, support, or SaaS industries.

  • Strong skills in prioritization, planning, and managing multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Ability to remain calm and receptive with frustrated customers, demonstrating high emotional intelligence.

  • Flexibility to accommodate various shifts and manage unforeseen situations effectively.
