We’re partnering with a leading financial services company to find a talented Solutions Engineer #1555. This hybrid role is based in San Antonio, TX, supporting a critical risk management and compliance team. The position involves collaborative on-site work three days a week and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality solutions within a dynamic environment.

Solutions Engineer Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications utilizing Java (Spring Boot) and modern frontend frameworks, ensuring all releases meet quality standards through comprehensive testing and QA support.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines with Harness, facilitating automated deployments and ensuring system reliability and security.
• Design and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform, supporting scalable and resilient application deployment across environments.
• Oversee environment management, monitoring, and release strategies to sustain application performance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into technical deliverables, including product roadmaps, integration plans, and detailed development and testing specifications.

Solutions Engineer Qualifications:

• Proven experience in full-stack development with Java (Spring Boot) and frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, particularly Harness, and cloud provisioning using Terraform on AWS.
• Strong understanding of environment management, application monitoring, and deployment processes.
• Experience with business systems analysis, including creating product roadmaps and conversion of business needs into technical stories.
• Comprehensive involvement across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
