Creative Project Manager for Events Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a portfolio of moderate to complex events, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, creative teams, and stakeholders, translating client needs into actionable project plans.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, providing clear updates on project status and addressing any issues proactively.
• Oversee on-site event execution when necessary, directing teams and vendors, and conducting post-event reviews for continuous improvement.

Creative Project Manager for Events Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least seven years of project management experience within the industry, including five years managing virtual events.
• Strong background working with creative teams and understanding of industry practices.
• Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and engage with executive audiences.
• Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, and Adobe Workfront or similar software.
