Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is hiring a Senior Account Manager to support their dynamic team. This temporary remote role offers an exciting chance to manage complex client relationships across various industries and regions.

Senior Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison for clients, fostering relationships that align with strategic goals and standards.
• Develop and implement strategies for client retention, renewal, and growth through cross-selling and up-selling initiatives.
• Support the sales team in prospecting, proposal development, and contract negotiations by providing necessary product or service information.
• Oversee client accounts post-contract, ensuring delivery aligns with contractual and project timelines.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure adherence to branding and quality standards while managing workflow and project implementation.

Senior Account Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Management, Healthcare, or related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in business-to-business account management, client service, or sales within healthcare or health-related sectors.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, both oral and written, with tactful negotiation skills.
• Experience managing large, complex accounts at regional, national, and international levels.
