A leading entertainment and travel experiences organization is seeking a Product Manager to support a team that builds immersive, consumer-facing digital experiences across web and mobile, including eCommerce and digital marketing touchpoints.

This is a 27–52 week temporary assignment, hybrid with office as the primary location. Candidates should be local and able to commute to the headquarters in Los Angeles, CA (with the potential for increased onsite days Mon–Thurs, subject to change).


Product Manager Responsibilities:

  • Own product strategy and execution: Drive product vision and roadmap from discovery through delivery.
  • Create clarity for delivery teams: Gather requirements, write user stories, prioritize work, and partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Measure and optimize: Define success metrics, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate deeply: Build strong relationships across product, engineering, QA, and creative teams.
  • Deliver releases smoothly: Partner with Engineering and QA to ensure timely, high-quality deployments.
  • Manage risk and dependencies: Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans impacting timelines and scope.
  • Advocate and communicate: Clearly articulate product value, educate stakeholders, and align teams around outcomes.
  • Stay market-aware: Research trends, competitive landscape, and user needs to inform prioritization and roadmap decisions.


Product Manager Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including digital/software development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Track record of launching/scaling products by identifying customer needs, building roadmaps, defining success measures, and executing effectively
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate product discovery, decision-making, and execution
  • Strong ability to translate business/customer needs into requirements and user stories
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Data- and hypothesis-driven mindset (comfortable bridging business + technical thinking)
  • Experience managing user-facing digital experiences via enterprise CMS tools
  • Consumer-facing product experience preferred
  • Hospitality and/or technology industry experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence preferred
  • Familiarity with analytics/research tools (e.g., Adobe, Contentsquare, Tableau) and experimentation best practices preferred
  • Understanding of design best practices preferred
  • Exposure to DevOps and test automation principles preferred
