We’re partnering with a dynamic retail company, to find a talented Instructional Designer. This temporary role offers an exciting opportunity to support learning and development initiatives across multiple formats. Candidates can be based in San Bruno, CA; Hoboken, NJ; or Bentonville, AR, and should be comfortable working in these locations.

Instructional Designer Responsibilities:

• Develop diverse training materials, including eLearning modules, virtual instructor-led sessions, videos, microlearning content, and job aids.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather content and ensure the accuracy and relevance of learning assets.
• Design engaging, learner-friendly experiences using instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Create supporting resources such as assessments, guides, infographics, and performance support tools to enhance learning.
• Update existing content by integrating stakeholder feedback, product updates, and learner insights.

Instructional Designer Qualifications:

• Proven experience creating and updating instructional content across various learning modalities.
• Familiarity with applying adult learning principles and instructional design fundamentals.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working on certification or partner learning programs is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to established standards and templates.
