A leading educational institution is hiring an Accommodative Testing Professional to support a dedicated accessibility team. This is a direct hire, on-site role is based in Colorado Springs, CO. The position involves facilitating testing accommodations for students with disabilities to ensure equitable testing environments.

Accommodative Testing Professional Responsibilities:

• Organize and provide testing accommodations tailored to students’ needs during scheduled assessments.
• Arrange appropriate testing environments, including alternative settings or facilities when necessary.
• Administer, proctor, or assist with course and placement tests, utilizing assistive technology as required.
• Ensure the confidentiality, security, and accuracy of tests, records, and related data.
• Collaborate with faculty, students, and staff to communicate accommodations and resolve related issues.

Accommodative Testing Professional Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE a Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution with one year of relevant experience working with persons with disabilities, or an associate’s degree with two years of applicable experience.
• One year of experience with standard desktop software and operating systems (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
• Demonstrated familiarity with disability laws, privacy regulations, and assistive technology.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills across diverse subjects.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and travel between campus sites as needed.
