A leading gaming company is hiring a Strategy Director to support a remote team specializing in gaming and the Korean market. This will be a 2 week contract asssignment for a total of 40-50 hours and an immediate need. Join our client to lead complex, multi-phase global campaigns and engage with key markets worldwide.

Strategy Director - Gaming / Korean Market Responsibilities:
- Craft a scalable, multi-phase GTM framework covering alpha, beta, and launch stages, ensuring effective budget allocation across primary and secondary markets.
- Design territory-specific strategies, including leveraging PC Bangs and regional platforms in Korea, alongside establishing credibility among European and North American hardcore MOBA audiences.
- Collaborate across channels to support activations at major events, aligning activities with KPIs such as user acquisition, retention, and community engagement.
- Develop esports and talent strategies by utilizing relationships with professional teams to enhance the game’s esports presence from launch.
- Integrate creator content, show matches, and influencer engagement to drive player interest and community growth.
Strategy Director - Gaming / Korean Market Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in strategic planning for large-scale, global gaming campaigns, especially for AAA titles.
- You must have gaming experience for the Korean market
- Profound understanding of the MOBA and RTS landscape, including player behaviors and competitive dynamics.
- Experience with the Korean gaming ecosystem and publishing operations is highly desirable.
- Senior-level presentation skills capable of aligning executive stakeholders around strategic priorities.
- Ability to operate effectively within a matrixed environment, coordinating with agency leadership and esports organizations such as Team Liquid.
