Our client, a high-growth media and influencer AI-technology company, is looking for an Sr AI Engineer (Media Intelligence, Classifiers & Voice R&D). This role blends applied machine learning engineering with hands-on research and prototyping. You will build classification, tagging, and discovery systems for large volumes of AI-generated media while leading experimentation in voice and audio intelligence. The emphasis is on shipping models into production, not just experimentation.

Sr AI Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Train and deploy classifiers for categorization, moderation, quality scoring, and semantic understanding of generated media
  • Build tagging, similarity, clustering, and discovery signals used for organization and search
  • Own training data pipelines including dataset curation, annotation workflows, and quality control
  • Design evaluation frameworks and monitor accuracy, performance, and model drift over time
  • Prototype, evaluate, and productionize voice and audio models and pipelines
  • Optimize inference performance including batching, caching, and hardware utilization
  • Integrate machine learning systems behind production APIs

Sr AI Engineer Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning systems in production
  • Hands-on experience training and tuning models using real datasets
  • Strong foundations in computer vision and content understanding models
  • Proficiency with Python and modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
  • Experience with model serving, latency optimization, and monitoring
  • Ability to move from research prototypes to reliable production systems
Tech You'll Work With: Python, PyTorch, Cloud GPU clusters (EOK), REST/webhook APIs, TypeScript (for integration with NestJS backend), PostgreSQL (for metadata/labels), Redis, Temporal (for pipeline orchestration)
