Senior Social Media Community Partner Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor social media channels daily, engaging with comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
• Provide high-quality social media care by addressing inquiries, escalating issues when necessary, and collaborating with internal teams.
• Develop engaging content for social platforms, including static posts and short-form videos, aligning with brand voice and platform standards.
• Produce and edit short-form multimedia content optimized for social media formats such as Reels, Shorts, and TikTok.
• Coordinate multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, adjusting to evolving business needs and real-time social dynamics.

Senior Social Media Community Partner Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization.
• Hands-on experience in social community management and social care.
• Strong content creation skills, including writing, visual storytelling, and basic editing.
• Skilled in developing short-form video content for social media.
• Excellent communication skills, with attention to tone and detail, and the ability to solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment.
