Software Engineer, AI Applications Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflows and identify automation opportunities involving AI.
• Develop, prototype, and scale AI-driven solutions using advanced generative AI techniques, including large language models and agent frameworks.
• Write, test, and maintain high-quality code across multiple programming languages such as Python, Golang, Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Partner with infrastructure and security teams to ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with privacy and ethical standards.
• Continuously research emerging AI tools and models to improve, innovate, and optimize AI automation processes.

Software Engineer, AI Applications Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of software engineering experience, with a minimum of 6 months dedicated to applied AI, generative AI, or intelligent automation.
• Strong expertise in designing, building, and maintaining scalable production services, with a solid understanding of microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in backend languages such as Golang, frontend frameworks like React and TypeScript, along with workflow engines such as Temporal.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms (e.g., Gemini/Claude), AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph), and knowledge of RAG, agent architectures, and fine-tuning.
• Familiarity with data privacy, security, and ethical considerations related to AI development.
