A leading consumer entertainment company is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support a dynamic influencer marketing team. This temp role offers an exciting opportunity to manage creator seeding programs across various brand portfolios. The position is open for candidates who are highly organized, creative, and deeply familiar with the influencer landscape.

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain influencer lists for seeding initiatives, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand safety standards.
• Lead the development of gifting kit concepts, manage product sourcing, and oversee campaign approval processes.
• Execute end-to-end mailing and seeding efforts, including managing timelines, tracking shipments, and resolving fulfillment issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams on approvals and compliance, maintaining clear communication throughout campaigns.
• Track and report earned content performance across platforms, compiling campaign summaries and maintaining organized records.

Marketing Coordinator Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in earned gifting, influencer seeding, or related fields within PR, talent, or influencer agencies, or in-house at a brand.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, paying close attention to detail.
• In-depth knowledge of trending creators and content landscape on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Strong communication skills, professional and clear in internal and external interactions.
• Proficient in Excel and Captiv8 (or equivalent); familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a plus.
