A leading financial services company is hiring a Sr Content Designer to support a team focused on creating user-centered help content. This position is based in Brooklyn, onsite 5 days a week for a 3-4 month contract to start. Sr Content Designer Responsibilities:

• UX writing for apps, web, and complex process screens
• Supporting legacy redesigns and net new product launches
• Ensuring clarity, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
• Acting as on-call support for high priority content needs
• Develop clear, engaging help articles, FAQs, tooltips, and educational materials for payments products to support user onboarding and activation.
• Ensure content consistency by contributing to style guides, content patterns, and design standards.
• Create reusable content components and identify opportunities for standardization across platforms.

Sr Content Designer Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience in content design, UX writing, or related fields with a strong portfolio.
• Proven ability to craft help and instructional content for digital products.
• Experience working within established design systems and content standards.
• Skilled in collaborating with product and technology teams, with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Lucid, Confluence, or Miro. A background in payments, financial services, or banking is preferred; familiarity with AI tools and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) is a plus.
