We're partnering with a client to find a talented Associate Account Executive to support a dynamic media and entertainment team. This temp role offers the chance to contribute to client campaigns across various platforms, including TV and digital. The position is remote and ongoing, providing an exciting opportunity to grow your sales expertise within a leading entertainment company.

Associate Account Executive Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate marketing efforts to prepare responses for RFPs, pitches, and marketing briefs, working closely with sales communications, insights, and marketing solutions teams.
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities by understanding client portfolios and current market trends before formal proposals are made.
  • Support campaign management by liaising with marketing, ad operations, and research teams to ensure timely and complete delivery of campaign elements.
  • Help prepare deal memos, manage campaign playbooks, and facilitate weekly status updates with internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to track and report on client meetings, deal closures, and campaign performance, while ensuring contractual and scheduling commitments are met.

Associate Account Executive Qualifications:

  • Over 4 years of experience in addressable ad sales within linear and digital media platforms.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in media math, data analysis, and presentation tools like Excel.
  • Strong ability to analyze business data to identify opportunities and recommend strategic solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships and articulate insights clearly.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach.
