We're partnering with a healthcare-focused creative agency dedicated to impactful communications in the life sciences industry. This freelance opportunity is based remotely out of region for a duration of 5-9 weeks. The role involves leading conceptual and tactical copy development for a pre-launch immunology brand currently preparing for market entry.

Group Copy Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee high-level creative concepts that shape the brand narrative during the pre-launch phase.
  • Extend core messaging seamlessly across various tactics, maintaining strategic consistency.
  • Write and supervise copy for healthcare professional materials, including core assets, visual aids, websites, digital modules, and emails.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape initial messaging frameworks, translating scientific content into accessible, compliant copy.
  • Provide mentorship to junior writers and serve as the primary creative lead across assigned projects.

Group Copy Supervisor Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of copywriting experience within a healthcare or pharmaceutical agency setting.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates both conceptual campaign work and detailed execution of brand assets.
  • Experience with pre-launch initiatives and familiarity with immunology, inflammatory, or specialty healthcare categories preferred.
  • Strong understanding of MLR/FDA regulatory review processes.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and effective in fast-paced agency environments with excellent collaboration and attention to detail.

Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
