We're seeking a PTP Stabilization Project Management Lead to support a leading enterprise organization. This temporary, on-site role is based in Nashville, TN, with occasional travel to other key locations, including NYC. The position offers a dynamic environment focused on Oracle Fusion implementation and PTP stabilization initiatives. PTP Stabilization Project Management Lead Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison between the PTP organization and the Oracle Fusion implementation team, representing all functional areas including invoicing, disbursements, vendor onboarding, and supplier master data.
  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive stabilization plan covering all PTP functions, ensuring alignment with project milestones and effective issue resolution.
  • Monitor project risks and issues, leading root cause analysis and escalating critical concerns to senior leadership in a timely manner.
  • Lead change management activities, including process documentation, training, and communication efforts to facilitate smooth Oracle Fusion adoption.
  • Generate and present executive-level reports on project health, KPIs, and risk assessments, utilizing analytics and AI tools for insights.

PTP Stabilization Project Management Lead Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA or PMP preferred.
  • Over 15 years of progressive experience in program or project management, Finance, Procurement, or Shared Services, with at least five years at senior leadership levels.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing Oracle Fusion ERP implementations across multiple PTP modules such as AP, Payments, and Procurement.
  • Deep understanding of PTP processes including invoicing, disbursements, and vendor onboarding.
  • Strong expertise in root cause analysis, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and managing large-scale, multi-functional programs globally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, PgMP, or similar certification.
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications or recognized ERP leadership credentials.
  • Experience deploying automation and AI solutions within finance or procurement.
  • Knowledge of Graphite Connect and global program management.
