A leading manufacturing company is hiring a New Product Introduction Engineer to support a manufacturing team. This permanent role is based in a hybrid on-site regional location. The position focuses on managing the commercialization of new products from development to production, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth launches.

New Product Introduction Engineer Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire NPI process from engineering handoff to product release.
• Coordinate with suppliers and quality teams on first article plans.
• Serve as the technical liaison between engineering and manufacturing partners.
• Manage ERP system setup and bill of materials structures.
• Facilitate communication across procurement, finance, marketing, and transportation teams.

New Product Introduction Engineer Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Between 3 and 7 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and GD&T standards.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers and NPI programs.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
