Integrated Marketing Manager (Promotions) Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive planning and execution of seasonal promotional campaigns and sales events, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to produce assets.
• Manage the promotional calendar for key retail moments, ensuring proper alignment and timely delivery across teams.
• Develop and refine campaign experiments using A/B testing, focusing on enhancing return on ad spend, cost per acquisition, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with creative teams to generate high-quality, locally relevant content tailored for paid media, on-site placements, and retail channels.
• Partner with AI, copy, and creative teams to design scalable asset production pipelines that leverage automation, reducing production timelines while safeguarding brand standards.

Integrated Marketing Manager (Promotions) Qualifications:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience managing brand campaigns with a focus on promotional and sales initiatives.
• Proven success in orchestrating multi-channel campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media platforms.
• Demonstrated expertise in A/B testing, data analysis, and implementing data-driven campaign improvements.
• Strong project management skills, capable of managing complex timelines and multiple concurrent campaigns.
• Experience working with generative AI tools for copy, design, and workflow automation, with the ability to develop and implement scalable processes.
