We're partnering with a company dedicated to marketing and creative services to find a talented Production Specialist (Part-Time: 25-30 hrs). This position is remote within US and offers temporary work lasting between 5 to 9 weeks. Production Specialist Responsibilities:

• Assist with setting up and maintaining project records within internal tracking systems.
• Update project statuses to reflect current progress accurately across platforms.
• Facilitate movement of projects through workflow stages adhering to established procedures.
• Organize and manage project files, documentation, and assets to ensure completeness and consistency.
• Support team communication by creating and maintaining collaboration spaces and managing shared files.

Production Specialist Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Background in project coordination, operations, or support roles.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and file management practices.
