We're partnering with a client to find a talented Technical Producer to support their Enterprise IT team. This temp role is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA and offers an opportunity to develop foundational IT and service management knowledge while contributing to project coordination and delivery support.

Technical Producer Responsibilities:

• Maintain current visibility of assigned work by updating sprint and backlog tracking in Jira.
• Support small-scale projects, sprint tasks, and emergent delivery efforts, typically lasting 1 to 5 days.
• Clarify task details, surface blockers, and ensure next steps are understood by the team.
• Collaborate with delivery leads, managers, and technical teams to keep priorities clear and reduce ambiguity.
• Track risks, escalate issues, and support routine delivery rituals to ensure smooth operations.

Technical Producer Qualifications:

• Over 1 year of experience in project coordination, operations, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to organize multiple tasks and maintain reliable work tracking.
• Familiarity with workflow tools such as Jira or ServiceNow preferred.
• Basic interest in technical systems, infrastructure, or enterprise tools with a willingness to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to keep teammates informed and early issue raising.
