Retention and Engagement Marketing Developer Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize automation workflows and templates for multiple marketing channels.

• Build and maintain integrations between marketing platforms, data warehouses, and internal tools, ensuring smooth operation.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to measure, report, and analyze campaign performance and success.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to campaign execution and identify efficiency improvements.

Retention and Engagement Marketing Developer Qualifications:

• Proven experience with enterprise marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Iterable.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and scripting languages like Liquid.
• Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and QA tools like Postman is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate marketing requirements into technical solutions.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in fast-paced environments.
