Category Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals, product launches, and seasonal campaigns to foster member engagement.
• Coordinate with merchandising, product development, creative, and media teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
• Lead the creation of marketing briefs, planning strategies, and activation tactics for various marketing channels including digital and in-club experiences.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders and category teams to understand priorities and ensure marketing efforts support overall business objectives.
• Oversee complex projects from strategy through launch, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders to meet organizational targets.

Category Marketing Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field with at least 1 year of marketing experience, or a total of 5 years in marketing or related roles.
• Proven ability to connect business objectives with impactful marketing strategies in a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills capable of simplifying complex ideas and presenting effectively to leadership.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated success in delivering results within large, complex organizations and an analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
