We're partnering with our client, a leading company in the consumer brands industry, to find a Senior Organizational Change Manager. This is a Hybrid Contract role in El Segundo, CA that supports AI adoption initiatives across global teams.

Senior Organizational Change Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive strategies to facilitate AI adoption across multiple business units, ensuring successful integration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead stakeholder segmentation, audience analysis, and change journey design tailored to diverse teams and functions.
  • Conduct organizational assessments and analyze change impact to prioritize and sequence change interventions.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops and design sessions to identify pain points and define future workflows with business partners.
  • Track adoption metrics, produce dashboards, and report on benefits realization, ROI, and progress to executive leadership.

Senior Organizational Change Manager Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or transformation roles, with a minimum of 3 years working directly with AI, automation, or intelligent technology programs.
  • Proven facilitation skills for workshops and strategic sessions, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated success in building ROI models and benefits frameworks aligned with business outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and familiarity with Generative AI concepts, including practical AI tools use.
  • Ability to define and measure adoption KPIs, analyze data for insights, and advise leadership on change risk and strategy.

*To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
