We're partnering with our client, a prestigious global law firm, to find a talented Senior Human Resources Business Partner. This permanent role is based in our client's office in D.C., supporting a complex organizational environment. The position offers the opportunity to act as a strategic HR advisor and drive organizational success through talent and performance management.
Senior Human Resources Business Partner Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership teams, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
- Develop an understanding of operational needs to support growth and organizational priorities.
- Lead initiatives related to change management, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
- Partner with HR leadership to analyze workforce data and recommend process improvements.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, reviews, and offboarding activities.
Senior Human Resources Business Partner Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8+ years of progressive HR management experience in large, complex organizations.
- Experience working within a professional services or similar environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HRIS systems, with UKG experience a plus.
- Knowledge of multi-state employment laws, employee relations, and organizational development; certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are preferred.
