Aiming to support our client, a transportation equipment maintenance team, we are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic based in San Antonio, TX. This is a full-time role requiring on-site presence within a 30-minute radius of San Antonio. The position offers an hourly wage of $34 and involves working on industrial and electrical systems critical to car wash operations.

Maintenance Mechanic Responsibilities:

• Manage the mechanical and electrical condition of multiple wash locations.
• Conduct repairs and scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Coordinate and plan repair projects and procure parts.
• Troubleshoot emergency breakdowns promptly and document repairs.
• Train team members on equipment use to minimize operational downtime.

Maintenance Mechanic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial or commercial equipment maintenance and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders.
• Welding skills are advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with 480-volt electrical systems, PLC controls, conveyor systems, pneumatic components, and servicing water pumps, valves, and plumbing.
