We're seeking an Art Director IV to support a creative agency team. This role offers an opportunity to lead innovative design initiatives and inspire creative teams. The position is located in a hybrid work environment--both remote and on-site at our local office. Employment type is specified as a full-time role. Art Director IV Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of compelling visual concepts that align with client objectives and business goals.
• Facilitate creative brainstorming sessions and inspire teams to generate innovative ideas.
• Oversee and review the quality of creative deliverables across various platforms and media.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to craft creative briefs, storyboards, and layouts.
• Drive project timelines and resource allocation while ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to deadlines.

Art Director IV Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and design expertise.
• Eight or more years of art direction and design experience within agency or in-house environments.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint), and Teams; familiarity with Adobe Workfront is advantageous.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing creative projects, mentoring teams, and fostering client relationships.
