We're partnering with our client, a dynamic insurance company, to find a Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics based in Boston, MA. This role offers an opportunity to lead data-driven marketing initiatives in a collaborative environment. It is a full-time position focused on analytics and cross-functional leadership.

Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and management of comprehensive marketing measurement frameworks, including models for attribution and marketing mix.
• Design and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments to assess the impact of marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Data Engineering teams to deploy advanced analytical models.
• Support forecasting efforts and translate analytical results into strategic insights for executive decision-making.
• Manage relationships with external vendors to enhance data collection and analytics capabilities.

Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience in analytics, data science, or strategic marketing analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python or R.
• Hands-on experience with attribution strategies such as MMM and MTA.
• Demonstrated ability to create LTV models and data visualizations using platforms like Looker or Tableau.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex analysis to non-technical stakeholders.
