We're seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician to support a manufacturing team. Our client, a manufacturing company, is looking for a skilled maintenance professional for on-site work. This is a Temp to Perm role based in Sussex, WI, with an initial duration of 27-52 weeks. CNC Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on CNC lathes and machining centers.
• Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Conduct machine tear-downs, rebuilds, and repairs to maintain optimal operation.
• Execute wiring tasks, re-wiring, and electrical troubleshooting using schematics and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with OEMs and external vendors to resolve complex equipment concerns.

CNC Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Proven ability to maintain and repair CNC equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
