We're partnering with our client, a gaming industry leader, to find a skilled Senior Performance Marketing Manager for their North America team. This role focuses on driving performance marketing efforts for upcoming AAA game titles. The position is hybrid and based Playa Vista, and is a full-time / direct hire employment type.

Sr. Performance Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across major digital channels including YouTube, Meta, SEM, and Programmatic DSPs.
• Lead agency management processes, including RFPs, onboarding, creative briefing, and campaign execution oversight.
• Collaborate with creative teams to optimize campaign creative testing and improvement initiatives.
• Manage media budget distribution, campaign pacing, and optimize ROAS based on data insights.
• Coordinate campaign planning with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with key marketing timelines and KPIs.

Sr. Performance Marketing Manager Qualifications:

• 8+ years of progressive performance marketing experience within the B2C space (*not B2B)
• Hands-on experience managing multi-channel paid media campaigns with annual budgets exceeding $1 million.
• Currently skilled in key advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic DSPs.
• Direct experience and success in managing full-funnel user acquisition campaigns.
• Proven ability to lead agency collaborations, from briefing to performance review, and communicate campaign insights effectively.
• Have somewhat of a flexible schedule on certain occasions for any meetings with international team members.
