We're partnering with our client, a retail-focused company, to find a talented Senior Content Strategist. This is a temporary role based remotely out of region, lasting approximately 10 to 26 weeks. The opportunity involves leading content strategy for a significant migration project, shaping content models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Senior Content Strategist Responsibilities:

• Oversee a detailed audit of the content inventory, offering actionable recommendations for optimization and migration.
• Design a scalable content architecture and taxonomy to support multi-channel reuse and consistency.
• Develop content governance frameworks, including workflows, approval processes, and version control.
• Coordinate with DAM integration teams to ensure content metadata and asset management are aligned.
• Support localization efforts across multiple regions in partnership with translation and content planning teams.

Senior Content Strategist Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in content strategy, content design, or UX writing for large, multi-region websites or platforms.
• Proven ability to audit and rationalize large content inventories with clear migration recommendations.
• Strong skills in information architecture and taxonomy development for scalable content structures.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with digital asset management concepts and content modeling, with experience in CMS migration projects preferred.
