We're partnering with our client, a manufacturing company specializing in production machining, to find a skilled Autobender / Machine Operator / Hand Weld - 1st Shift in Two Rivers, WI. This Temp to Perm role supports daily output through machine operation, handling parts, and ensuring quality. The position is on-site, with shifts from 5 AM to 3 PM.

Autobender / Machine Operator / Hand Weld Responsibilities:

• Operate machining equipment to produce parts efficiently according to production schedules.
• Handle and process products/materials, ensuring compliance with manufacturing and quality standards.
• Perform quality checks during production using gauges and visual inspection methods.
• Accurately complete forms, labels, and production records to document work.
• Maintain a safe workplace by demonstrating proper machine operation and safety procedures.

Autobender / Machine Operator / Hand Weld Qualifications:

• Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred; entry-level considered depending on shift and role.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks comfortably.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, safety-conscious, and committed to quality.
• Basic computer skills helpful for reporting labor, scrap, and rework.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, read blueprints, and operate gauges for inspection.
