A leading life sciences company is hiring a Veeva Vault CRM Hypercare Support Specialist to join their team. This contract role offers a unique opportunity to support system post-launch activities.

Veeva Vault CRM Hypercare Support Specialist Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for end-user support tickets during hypercare, troubleshooting system errors and usage issues.
• Analyze incidents, prioritize based on severity, and coordinate with helpdesk and engineering teams to ensure swift resolution.
• Investigate root causes of system defects, configure system settings, permissions, and conduct user acceptance testing for updates.
• Assist field teams with navigation, data entry, reporting, and troubleshooting queries related to Veeva Vault CRM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track incident trends, maintain logs, and participate in daily stand-ups on system stability.

Veeva Vault CRM Hypercare Support Specialist Qualifications:

• Proven experience supporting, configuring, or administering Veeva Vault CRM or Veeva CRM on Vault platform.
• Strong understanding of commercial operations within pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices.
• Technical troubleshooting skills including diagnosing configuration issues and sync errors.
• Experience with enterprise ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or Zendesk.
• Veeva Vault Administrator Certification or familiarity with Salesforce/Veeva data structures is preferred.
